This digital tool enables users to store and display key licenses and credentials directly on their devices. These include the Driver Licence, RSA/RCG Competency Card, Working with Children Check, Recreational Fishing Licence, and Boat Driver Licence, with the promise of additional credentials being incorporated in the future.

A noteworthy feature is the integration of vouchers such as Active Kids/Creative Kids, First Lap, and Before and After School Care, which can be applied for and managed from within the app itself. Additionally, the digital platform simplifies the check-in process with a QR code system for school visitors, retaining visitation details to expedite future check-ins, although it's important to note that the COVID Safe Check-in and contact tracing are no longer operational.

The platform also includes practical tools for verifying a Digital Driver Licence, checking or renewing vehicle registrations, and securely signing into licensed venues. Information regarding COVID-19, flu, fines, and demerit points is readily accessible, allowing users to view and settle traffic fines as well as monitor their demerit record directly through it.
